Invincible Ultimate Collection vol 8
These days I'm looking for books, comics and movies that are instantly immersive and will require little effort to get into. This had been sitting on my shelf for a few months, so I finally unwrapped and read it. It did the job, I guess, but I do feel like the series is running out of steam. The same patterns repeat over and over and while I understand part of it is inherent to the serial nature of it, I just wish the story was finally going somewhere. I guess I'll probably read the subsequent ones if and when, but I'm not eager to do so just now.
