Ministry of Information by Gil Scott-Heron
A live released in the 90s but I suspect recorded earlier (although I can't find a date). Gil Scott Heron and band in their disco years. Gil's voice is as arresting as ever, and the band is fine, yet it's not an exceptional recording. There's something lacking that I can't quite put my finger on.
