This second installment of the LoEG is a different riff on the same recipe: use characters and plots from late 19th century pulp literature and shoehorn them into a semblance of a plot. This is one is actually more entertaining than the first one because it feels less self-conscious. Still, not something you'd take with you on a desert island.
