King Crimson by Aymeric Leroy
A shortish book about King Crimson's music more than about the band itself. On the con side, the writing is conceited and pretentious, not to mention often badly written (as if the author didn't quite master the level of language he was aiming for). On the pro side, it's a fascinating delve into the music of one of the most amazing bands of the 20th/21st century. Throughout the book I went back to the albums I own and listened to them with fresh ears. Had I not lost the book alongside my backpack this afternoon, I'd probably be doing that again (in addition to completing my KC music collection). Recommended if you like King Crimson. In French.
