Carried in Mind by Jeff Lang
Jeff Lang's group efforts veer more towards country rock than the open to the world folk that graces his solo work. That's not a bad thing, especially with such high standards for musicianship. Carried in Mind is not exception and while it doesn't particularly stand out, it's perfect listening for quiet melancholy. There are a few rockers in there, really good ones too, but overall the mood is rather subdued. Great listening.
