Papa ou Maman
Mainstream French comedies are more often miss than hit. Papa ou Maman came well recommended, and I thought it would make for good family viewing. The story in a nutshell is that of a couple of decide to divorce but both have plans that require the other taking the kids. As a consequence they fight bitterly to push the kids away from them. It's a twist on the standard divorce drama, and it works to a point. Things get out of hand and frankly unrelatable a bit too fast however. Good fun, but misses being watchable more than once.
