Grand Canyon

Grand Canyon

To say that the 1991 movie with Kevin Kline, Danny Glover and Steve Martin (amongst others, the female leads are great but I haven't seen them in anything else and don't remember their names) hasn't aged well would be an understatement. Visually this is the 80s all over again, tacky, tasteless in many instances. But the core of the movie is still a somewhat loose reflection on life and the choices we make. There's something profoundly humane about Grand Canyon which makes the visual oddities forgivable. A great moment, despite not having seen this in over 20 years.
