Dreampark
A 90s RPG I found dirt cheap in a Tokyo store. The pitch is half MMORPG, half Westworld, adapted from a series of novels by Larry Niven and Steven Barnes. You play a character who goes to an amusement park to play a character in an immersive RPG. The concept is cool, but the game spends very little time exploring its possibilities, focusing instead on yet one more attempt at a generic simulationist system that (you are told repeatedly) you can use outside of the Dream Park setting if you want. Not worth it, but it did get my imagination going, probably a concept I'll be exploring some more.
