The Life of Chuck
I'd heard about this movie but didn't know what to expect at all. And it's hard to describe, partly because of its disjointed nature and partly because it might spoil the enjoyment of gradual discovery. Let's just say that Life of Chuck is a fable on the ephemerality and beauty of a life well-lived. It's quite moving, heartwarming and in many ways lovely. The cast is stellar, with Tom Hiddleston, Mark Hammil, Samantha Sloyan and drummer Taylor Gordon shining particularly, although I was impressed with young actor Benjamin Pajak as well. Highly recommended feelgood movie with depth. I now want to check out the Stephen King novel this was adapted from.
