Goupil ou Face by Lou Lubie
A semi-autobiographical graphic novel about living with bipolar disorder. I really like Lou Lubie, both her graphic style, the themes she choses and the execution of her (mostly documentary) books. Goupil ou Face is rather an older one, but it explains what bipolar disorder is and what it is like to live with it in a way that is both gripping and informative. Not the lightest of topics, but a really good graphic novel all the same.
