Une Soeur by Bastien Vivès

Une Soeur by Bastien Vivès

I bought this book mostly because I love Vivès' graphic style, not really knowing what to expect. It tells the story of a young adolescent who is first confronted to love (or lust, or both) in the person of the daughter of his parents' friends. The book is sober with a few more intense scenes, and I suppose it might shock those who are sensitive around the idea of adolescent urges. I thought it was well balanced and moving, though a little cliché. Graphically it's gorgeous, and probably worth check it out if not memorable.
