Bureau des Légendes Season 2
Saying that Le Bureau des Légendes is likely the best French TV Series might sound like it doesn't mean much, but this is a really good show. It focuses on agents of the French spy agency (the DGSE) but what's really interesting is that the focus is much more on the desk workers than on the field. It moves at a quiet pace, with few spectacular scenes, but occasional short bursts of adrenaline wake you up. Kassovitz is fantastic playing the dour lead, as is Daroussin as the paranoid boss. This second season focuses on the aftermath of the fiasco at the end of the first season when (spoiler) Kassovitz' character tried to recruit his Syrian lover into the service and things went south very fast. Really excellent, now watching S3.
