Rivers of London by Ben Aaronovitch

Rivers of London by Ben Aaronovitch

Re-read this after having bought it for my son (who enjoyed it as well). It holds its own even on a reread although the fleeting feeling of a confused narrative I had the first time (and attributed at the time to my too limited knowledge about London) is confirmed. Aaronovitch is great at evocation, but not so great in structuring a mystery in an intelligible way. Still, it's inspiring and makes me want to revive my RPG adaptation ambitions.
