VADE+MECUM, a (French) RPG by Romaric Briand

Vade+Mecum is an ambitious techno-thriller campaign with its own system and (a lot of) handouts. It's built around four characters, and is to be played in four installments, with a 24H vibe as the players have exactly one day (in game time) to solve the mystery. The game is an odd mix of very classical game design (the story is more or less scripted from start to finish) and radical elements (there's an immersion mechanic that rewards the players when they're collectively "in the game"). The railroading is (as always with me) a turn off, but there's enough in there that I still want to give it a try. Also, four sessions is a manageable time investment even if there are some aspects you dislike. It's definitely worth giving it a read in any case.
