I'd heard good things about the latest Pixar movie, and I have to say it's as good as its reputation if not better. It's truly heartwarming, but also funny and wonderfully inventive. Miguel is a little boy born of a hard working shoemaking family who hates music. And of course, Miguel loves music. On the day of the dead, his love of music leads him into mischief, which has consequences in the world of the dead... Again, a cool twist I didn't see coming. The ending is moving, and quite deep on the meaning of death and remembering those that are dead. Heartily recommended.
