Dracula Dossier - Director's Handbook
Past the ugly cover, this is one of the most exciting RPG products I've read in a long time. While it is the kind of long, sprawling campaign that is usually associated with Call of Cthulhu, it's build (or rather designed) in such a way as to be utterly non-railroady. I experienced it on the player side, and it was a thrilling experience, unlike any roleplaying I'd ever done. Thoroughly recommended. A full review is available here in French.
