Spirou : L'Espoir Malgré Tout by Emile Bravo
This latest reinvention of Spirou (and the second one by Bravo) is undeniably a great graphic novel. I had a bit of a hard time reading it as a Spirou story however. It's pretty grim, and very long, far from the light heartedness that makes Spirou such a delight. Still, it's a great story and as such should be read, just don't expect to laugh at every page.
