Tū by Alien Weaponry
Did I purchase this because it was Māori Metal ? I sure did. Does it stand the test of repeated listenings past this apparent novelty? I think so. Sure these are young kids, and their composition skills are maybe not yet at their peak. Sounds a lot like early Sepultura to me. Still, I enjoy it when I want something raw and in your face. Metal Connoisseurs might enjoy it less than I do, I don't know. Still, I'd recommend at least lending an ear to it...
