The Good Place Season 2

The Good Place is one of those series that's easy to spoil, so I'll try not to. It's not that there's one big secret (although there is) it's that there's a ton of unexpected twists that I didn't see coming. Anyway, I enjoyed Season 1, but I suspected at the end of it they'd spent their one cartridge and would now rinse and repeat. Which is why I waited over a year to watch S2. I was wrong. It starts as a rinse and repeat, but then slaps you unexpectedly about three episodes in. It's still a sitcom, with all the tropes you expect, but it's a metaphysical sitcom and that's something. Really cool season.
