Hellywood
Hellywood is a Noir RPG with a touch of supernatural. It was first released in 2008 and was recently the object of a crowdfunding campaign both in French and in English (a first, I believe) to rerelease the game and publish a mega-campaign called The Justice of Angels. I took that opportunity to re-read the game, and found that while the setting was as atmospheric and powerful as I remembered, the system was a lot more interesting than I gave it account for.
