Maggy Garrisson t1-3 by Trondheim & Oiry
Set in a grimy Britain, Maggy Garrisson could be described as "petty crime" if such a genre existed. Maggy Garrisson is unemployed. She finds a gig as a detective's assistant, but he's lame and drunk and she needs money fast. She starts doing micro investigations for cash, stumbles upon a big story, and things take on from there. I don't particularly identify Trondheim's touch in this story, but it doesn't matter: it's a rather good story. I hope they release more.
