Moa by James Davidson
Every time I go to Graphic Comics in Wellington I look for kiwi stuff in priority. There isn't all that much that I haven't already read, so this title naturally attracted me. Moa is a fun romp, with a distinct Carl Barks vibe. It feels like one of those historical spin-off Donald stories if Barks had been a New Zealander. It's a really fun read if you can get your hands on it (and if that kind of adventure is your thing).
