Astro City #4: The Tarnished Angel by Kurt Busiek
This is the second long story in the Astro City series, and probably one of the best. It's a hat tip to the noir genre, the story of an ex-con superhero who tries to rebuild his life but gets dragged down into super-vilainy in spite of himself. Excellent sotry arc.
