Satch and Josh by Count Basie and Oscar Peterson
I like my Basie bluesy and lonesome, or at least more so than with a Big Band. I also love Peterson in most contexts. Both together is a fun and eminently listenable, but lacks perhaps the rootsy side of Basie's small band works and the adventurousness of Peterson's own work.
