The Autumnlands v2: Woodland Creatures by Kurt Busiek and Benjamin Dewey
I was very surprised by the follow-up to Busiek's excellent fantasy series. Not in a bad way, but he's taking it into very unexpected places, bordering on science-fantasy but with heavy mythological undertones. Will keep following the series.
