Festival Django Reinhardt 2017
Yesterday I went down to Fontainebleau with Stéfan, Sébastien and their respective wives for my first attendance at the Django Reinhardt festival. This is about the festival itself, I will review the concerts separately. Long story short: I loved it. The place is really nice, in the heart of the old town of Fontainebleau by the castle, the amenities are great (and very green: dry toilets, loads of volunteers cleaning up the place constantly...) Food options were varied and not too pricey. The atmosphere was very relaxed as well, and the audience respectful and receptive. All in all a great event in a great venue. I will be back.
