Marzi, Nouvelle Vague by Marzena Sowa and Sylvain Savoia

The first series of Marzi stories were about the last years of the pre-Walesa Polish regime. This new, longer format story is set in the early years of "liberated Poland". Marzi goes on her first ever summer camp by the Baltic sea. It's cute, very teenagy with a bit of a Polish flavour. That aspect is a little subdued compared to the original story, but it's still really good stuff. Recommended (but read the original stories first).
