Witches Stew by Lettuce
I am enough of a fan of Lettuce that I buy their records sight unseen. For the first time, I'm dissapointed, or rather I should have listened before purchasing. Witches Stew is an hommage to Miles Davis' Bitches Brew, an album that is notoriously hard to grok. The genre lacks melody and concision for my taste. So unsurprisingly, Lettuce's hommage also doesn't work for me.
