Les Tontons Flingueurs
I hadn't seen this classic French movie in ages, and decided to show it to my son. Obviously the (limited) special effects haven't aged well (the gunshots sound so strange, like cartoon gunshots) but the acting and the dialogues are as precious as ever. It's no wonder there are so many quotes that seeped into everyday French from this movie. A classic masterpiece.
