Live from Chicago by James Cotton and his Big Band
A celebrated live album from a legendary harmonica player and singer and yet... I'm dissapointed. The horn arrangements are nothing to write home about (much more interesting stuff to be found with BB King or Freddy King) and in my opinion don't add much. In fact, it could be that they detract from Cotton's gritty sound. The only highlight for me is the last track, Midnight Creeper, but it's terribly short...
