Superman Red Son by Millar, Johnson and Plunkitt
I had fond memories of this communist spin on Superman, but reading it again I was struck by how shallow and naïve its outlook on communism is. I never goes beyond the caricature and doesn't dare explore what the impact of a superhuman in the real communist regime could have led to. Ultimately a fun (and good looking) spin, but eminently forgettable.
