Wallace & Gromit : Vengeance Most Fowl

Wallace & Gromit : Vengeance Most Fowl

The last Wallace & Gromit movie before this one was the short "A Matter of Loaf and Death", and while I remember having fun watching it, it left absolutely no trace in my mind, unlike the three first shorts (and the full-length "Curse of the Were-Rabbit", of course). So I was awaiting Vengence Most Fowl with some trepidation, eager to get more from one of my favourite franchises and concerned that a bland full-length movie would sign the death of it. I needn't have worried. Vengeance Most Fowl is a delight from start to finish, and the three key ingredients in Wallace and Gromit are there: great character development, magnificent animation and fantastic referential humour. In this latest installment we see the return of the worst and most ruthless villain in the franchise, Feathers McGraw. The tiny (but delightful) added bonus is the voice acting of Diane Morgan as the tabloid journalist. Made my day.
