Tourner la Page by Zep
Stumbled upon the latest of Zep's "serious" stories and while I enjoyed at least two of them, Tourner la Page will not make a third. The premise is not uninteresting, and Zep's graphic reinvention works really well for these realistic stories, but the plot is the culprit here. The characters are pretty much all despicable, including the lead, the developments are just over the top enough that my disbelief came back in full force, and the end is way too "easy" for this to be a satisfying story. Not one I'd recommend.
